The Buyer must read these Conditions before making a purchase. By ticking the corresponding acceptance box or confirming the order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Conditions.
AtelierCasa.es may modify these Conditions whenever necessary for legal, technical, commercial or operational reasons related to the online store. The new Conditions will apply to orders placed after their publication on the website.

The usual purchase process includes the following steps:

- Payment of the order, where applicable.
The Buyer may also contact AtelierCasa.es by telephone, email or WhatsApp to make enquiries, request information or manage orders where this channel is available.
6. Conclusion of the Sales Contract
The sales contract shall be deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer confirms the order and AtelierCasa.es accepts that order by confirmation sent by email or an equivalent means.
Automatic receipt of an order does not necessarily imply its final acceptance. AtelierCasa.es may review the order to verify availability, delivery details, payment, price, possible technical errors, signs of fraud or any other relevant circumstance.
If AtelierCasa.es cannot accept or process an order, it will inform the Buyer and, if the order has already been paid for, will refund the corresponding amounts.
7. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention
AtelierCasa.es reserves the right to verify any order before accepting, preparing or shipping it, especially where there are signs of fraud, misuse of payment methods, incomplete data, inconsistencies in the information provided, unusually large orders, suspicious requests or any circumstance that may affect the security of the transaction.
To carry out such verification, AtelierCasa.es may contact the Buyer through the email address, telephone number or contact channel provided in the order.
If the Buyer does not respond, does not provide the reasonably requested information or the transaction cannot be verified, AtelierCasa.es may cancel the order and refund, where applicable, any amounts paid.
AtelierCasa.es may reject orders where there are reasonable signs of fraud, identity theft, unauthorised use of payment methods, abusive resale, bad faith, abuse of promotions or unlawful use of the website.
8. Retention of Ownership
The products shall remain the property of AtelierCasa.es until the total order price, including taxes, shipping costs and any applicable additional costs, has been paid in full by the Buyer.
AtelierCasa.es shall not be obliged to prepare, ship, deliver, manufacture, personalise or reserve any product until payment has been correctly received and confirmed, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
9. Cancellation Due to Non-Payment
When the Buyer chooses a payment method that is not immediate, such as bank transfer, the order may be reserved only for the period indicated by AtelierCasa.es.
If payment is not received within that period, AtelierCasa.es may cancel the order without any liability towards the Buyer. In such a case, the products will become available again for other customers.
In the case of made-to-order products, personalised products or custom-made furniture, AtelierCasa.es may request full or partial payment before starting the preparation, manufacture, modification, adaptation or ordering of the product.
10. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
AtelierCasa.es will attempt to keep information about availability, stock and delivery times up to date. However, errors, supplier delays, stock shortages or logistics incidents may occur.
If a product is not available after the order has been placed, AtelierCasa.es will inform the Buyer as soon as possible and may offer one of the following options:
- Wait for the product to be restocked.
- Replace the product with a similar one, if accepted by the Buyer.
- Cancel the order fully or partially.
- Refund the amount corresponding to the unavailable product.
11. Made-to-Order or Personalised Products
Some products offered by AtelierCasa.es may be standard products, made-to-order products, personalised products or custom-made furniture, manufactured, adapted, configured or ordered according to the Buyer’s specifications.
Made-to-order or personalised products include, among others, those in which the Buyer chooses measurements, colours, finishes, materials, configurations, compositions, designs, combinations or any specific non-standard feature.
Before confirming an order for a personalised or made-to-order product, the Buyer must carefully review all specifications, measurements, colours, finishes, quantities and selected features.
Once the order has been accepted and its preparation, manufacture, modification or ordering from the supplier has begun, the order may not be cancellable if the product has been made according to the Buyer’s specifications, except in the case of defect, lack of conformity or another legally applicable reason.
Products made according to the Buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable regulations.
12. Custom-Made Furniture
AtelierCasa.es may offer custom-made furniture manufactured, adapted, configured or ordered according to the Buyer’s specific instructions.
Custom-made furniture includes, among others, products where the Buyer chooses or requests special measurements, colours, finishes, materials, upholstery, internal layout, modules, composition, design, orientation, opening system, combination of pieces or other personalised features.
Before confirming an order for custom-made furniture, the Buyer must carefully review all product specifications, including measurements, colours, finishes, materials, design, composition, quantities, delivery address, accessibility of the property and any other feature indicated in the quotation, product sheet, order confirmation or communication with AtelierCasa.es.
The Buyer shall be responsible for the accuracy of the measurements, data, instructions, preferences and specifications provided to AtelierCasa.es. AtelierCasa.es shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements, incomplete information, ambiguous instructions or changes requested late by the Buyer.
In case of doubt regarding measurements, access, layout or compatibility of the furniture with the available space, the Buyer must consult AtelierCasa.es before confirming the order.
To start an order for custom-made furniture, AtelierCasa.es may request full or partial payment of the order. The order may not begin until the requested payment has been correctly received and confirmed.
Once the order has been confirmed and its manufacture, adaptation, personalisation or ordering from the supplier has begun, the custom-made furniture order may not be cancelled, modified or returned at the Buyer’s discretion, except in the case of defect, lack of conformity, error attributable to AtelierCasa.es or another legally applicable reason.
Delivery times for custom-made furniture are estimates and may depend on the manufacturer, supplier, availability of materials, manufacturing processes, transport, order volume or circumstances beyond the control of AtelierCasa.es.
AtelierCasa.es will inform the Buyer of the estimated delivery times available in each case. Reasonable delays arising from the manufacturing process, availability of materials or logistics shall not automatically entitle the Buyer to cancel the order, except in legally provided cases.
Custom-made furniture may be excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal where it has been manufactured, adapted or configured according to the Buyer’s specific instructions or is clearly personalised, in accordance with applicable law.
This exclusion from the right of withdrawal does not affect the Buyer’s legal rights in the event of a defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product.
In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, AtelierCasa.es may offer, as appropriate, repair, replacement, adjustment, shipment of parts, price reduction, refund or another suitable solution in accordance with applicable law.
13. Product Information
AtelierCasa.es endeavours to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours, materials and other characteristics are as accurate as possible.
However, the published images are for guidance only. The colour, texture or finish of the products may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, production batch, natural materials or manufacturing processes.
In furniture or decoration products, slight variations in measurements, colour, grain, texture or finish may occur, especially in the case of natural, handcrafted, upholstered, wooden, stone, ceramic or other materials with inherent variations.
The Buyer must carefully review measurements, characteristics, delivery conditions, accessibility of the property and assembly requirements before placing the order.
14. Prices
Product prices are shown in euros.
Unless otherwise indicated, prices include the applicable taxes in Spain.
Shipping costs, additional services or any other complementary costs will be shown, where applicable, during the purchase process before the order is confirmed.
AtelierCasa.es reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect already confirmed orders, except in the case of an obvious error.
In the event of an obvious error in the price of a product, AtelierCasa.es may cancel the order and inform the Buyer. If the order has already been paid for, the amount paid will be refunded.
15. Payment Methods
The Buyer may pay for the order using the payment methods available on AtelierCasa.es, including:
- Stripe: online payment by card or other methods available through Stripe.
- PayPal: online payment through a PayPal account or methods accepted by PayPal.
- Bizum: instant payment through the Buyer’s bank, where available.
- Bank transfer: payment by bank transfer or deposit to the account indicated by AtelierCasa.es.
AtelierCasa.es does not store full bank card details. Payment data is processed by the corresponding payment providers in accordance with their own security and privacy conditions.
When the Buyer chooses bank transfer, the order may remain pending until AtelierCasa.es confirms receipt of payment.
If payment by bank transfer is not received within the period indicated during the purchase process or in the communication sent to the Buyer, AtelierCasa.es may cancel the order.
16. Invoicing
The Buyer may request an invoice in accordance with applicable regulations.
To issue the invoice, AtelierCasa.es may request the necessary data, such as name and surname or company name, NIF/NIE/CIF, tax address, email address and order details.
The Buyer is responsible for providing correct, complete and up-to-date billing information.
17. Delivery Area
AtelierCasa.es delivers only within the territory of Spain.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, AtelierCasa.es does not deliver outside Spain.
Some areas, islands, rural areas, hard-to-access locations or special locations may be subject to specific conditions, additional costs, logistics limitations or longer delivery times.
18. Order Delivery
AtelierCasa.es may deliver orders through external transport companies or through its own delivery services.
The transport operators that may be used include:
- Correos
- GLS
- SEUR
- AtelierCasa.es own delivery services
The specific transport company may vary depending on the product, destination, order volume, logistics availability and delivery conditions.
Standard delivery does not include carrying the product upstairs, delivery to an upper floor, entry inside the home, assembly, installation, unpacking, removal of packaging, removal of old furniture or special services, unless expressly stated in writing and contracted as an additional service.
Delivery will be made to the point accessible to the carrier according to the conditions of the contracted service, normally at street level, building entrance, doorway or an agreed point that is safe and accessible for the carrier.
Some products may be delivered disassembled, packed in boxes and accompanied by assembly instructions and accessories, where applicable.
19. Incidents Due to Incorrect Data, Absence or Refusal of Delivery
The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete, correct and accessible delivery address, as well as a valid telephone number and email address for shipment management.
If delivery cannot be made for reasons attributable to the Buyer, including an incorrect address, repeated absence, lack of response, impossibility of access, unjustified refusal of the order or lack of cooperation, AtelierCasa.es may charge the Buyer for any additional transport, storage, return or redelivery costs incurred.
If the order is returned to AtelierCasa.es for reasons attributable to the Buyer, AtelierCasa.es may cancel the order and refund the corresponding amount, deducting legally chargeable costs where applicable.
20. Property Accessibility and Bulky Products
Before placing the order, the Buyer must check that the product can properly access the building, entrance, lift, stairs, corridors, doors, common areas and destination room, especially in the case of furniture or bulky products.
AtelierCasa.es shall not be responsible for the impossibility of delivery caused by lack of space, insufficient access, building restrictions, absence of a suitable lift, narrow doors, incompatible stairs, community restrictions, pedestrian areas, loading and unloading restrictions or any other physical or logistical circumstance of the delivery location.
As standard delivery does not include carrying the product upstairs or entry inside the home, the Buyer must arrange, by their own means, any carrying upstairs, internal movement, assembly or additional handling of the product after delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed for reasons related to accessibility or lack of cooperation by the Buyer, additional transport, return, storage, redelivery or special service costs may be borne by the Buyer.
21. Delivery Times
Delivery times indicated on AtelierCasa.es are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, supplier, order volume, delivery area, transport incidents or causes beyond the control of AtelierCasa.es.
For made-to-order products, personalised products, custom-made furniture, products manufactured to order or products not immediately available in stock, delivery times may be longer and will depend on the manufacturer, supplier, availability of materials or personalisation process.
AtelierCasa.es will inform the Buyer of any significant delay of which it becomes aware.
If it is not possible to deliver the order for reasons attributable to the Buyer, such as repeated absence, incorrect address, impossibility of access or lack of response, AtelierCasa.es may contact the Buyer to agree on a new delivery. Any additional costs incurred may be borne by the Buyer.
22. Receipt of the Order
At the time of delivery, the Buyer must check the external condition of the packages.
If the packaging shows visible damage, dents, tears, moisture or any sign of tampering, the Buyer should note this on the carrier’s delivery note, where possible, and inform AtelierCasa.es as soon as possible.
It is recommended to take photographs of the packaging and the product in the event of damage or incidents in order to facilitate the handling of the claim with the carrier or supplier.
Signing or accepting delivery without observations does not prevent the Buyer from exercising their legal rights, but it may make it more difficult to verify visible damage caused during transport.
23. Photographs of Packages During Delivery
To prove delivery and improve service quality, AtelierCasa.es or its carriers may take photographs of the packages delivered at the delivery location.
These photographs will focus, as far as possible, exclusively on the packages and will avoid capturing people, identity documents, vehicle registration plates, visible names or other unnecessary personal data.
AtelierCasa.es will not request photographs of the Buyer’s DNI as a general requirement for delivery, unless there is a specific legal obligation or a duly justified exceptional reason.
If personal data is accidentally captured, such data will not be used for purposes other than proof of delivery, incident management, claims or defence of rights.
The processing of these photographs will be carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of AtelierCasa.es and applicable data protection regulations.
24. Documentation of Incidents
To manage incidents related to damage, defects, missing parts, product errors or transport problems, AtelierCasa.es may request photographs, videos, a detailed description of the incident, images of the packaging, transport label and any other information reasonably necessary to analyse the case.
The requested documentation must be limited to the information necessary to verify the incident and manage the corresponding solution.
Lack of sufficient documentation may make it difficult or delay the handling of the incident, especially when it is necessary to make a claim against the carrier, supplier or manufacturer.
25. Right of Withdrawal
A Buyer who has the status of consumer may withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must communicate their decision by means of a clear and unequivocal statement sent to:
Email: [email protected]
Postal address: Calle Ebanista Hervas 17, Piso 3, 3A, 12004 Castellón de la Plana, Castellón, Spain
The Buyer may use the model withdrawal form included at the end of these Conditions, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication concerning the exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires.
26. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply in the cases provided for by law, including:
- Products made according to the Buyer’s specifications.
- Clearly personalised products.
- Products manufactured, modified, adapted or ordered especially for the Buyer.
- Custom-made furniture manufactured, adapted, configured or ordered according to measurements, design, materials, colours, finishes, modules, composition or other specific instructions indicated by the Buyer.
- Products with measurements, colours, finishes, materials, configurations or compositions specifically chosen by the Buyer.
- Products which, for hygiene or health reasons, are not suitable for return if unsealed.
- Products that have been used in a way other than necessary to verify their nature, characteristics or functioning.
- Fully performed services where the consumer has given prior consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal, where legally applicable.
If a product is manufactured, adapted or personalised especially for the Buyer, this circumstance may be indicated in the product sheet, quotation, order confirmation or corresponding communication.
This exclusion does not affect the Buyer’s rights in the event of a defective, incorrect or non-conforming product.
27. Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of valid withdrawal, AtelierCasa.es will refund the Buyer the payments received for the product, including, where applicable, the initial standard delivery costs, without undue delay and within the legally applicable time limits.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer, unless another method is expressly agreed.
AtelierCasa.es may withhold the refund until it has received the returned products or until the Buyer has provided proof of return, as applicable.
The Buyer must return the products in good condition, complete, with all accessories, instructions and original packaging where reasonably possible.
The Buyer shall be responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics or functioning.
If a product has been assembled, used, damaged, stained, altered or returned incomplete, AtelierCasa.es may apply depreciation or reject the return where legally applicable.
28. Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be in good condition, complete, clean, undamaged, without signs of improper use and with all accessories, parts, fittings, manuals and instructions.
The Buyer shall be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics or functioning of the product.
For products requiring assembly, full or partial assembly may be considered handling beyond what is necessary where it causes marks, damage, loss of parts, deformation, deterioration of packaging or makes it impossible to sell the product again as new.
AtelierCasa.es may deduct the corresponding depreciation from the refund where the returned product shows damage, use, improper assembly, missing parts, dirt, insufficient packaging or any other circumstance attributable to the Buyer.
29. Packaging of Returns
The Buyer must return the products properly protected and packaged to avoid damage during transport.
Where reasonably possible, the product must be returned in its original packaging or in equivalent packaging that ensures adequate protection.
If the product is damaged during return transport due to insufficient or inadequate packaging, the Buyer shall be responsible for the depreciation or damage caused.
30. Returns
To request a return, the Buyer must contact AtelierCasa.es by email at [email protected], indicating the order number, contact details, the product they wish to return and the reason for the return, where applicable.
AtelierCasa.es will provide the Buyer with instructions for managing the return.
Unless the product is defective, incorrect or there is another legal obligation for AtelierCasa.es, the direct return costs may be borne by the Buyer.
Products must be returned properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.
If the product arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging during the return, AtelierCasa.es may apply the corresponding depreciation or claim the damage caused.
31. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the Buyer receives a defective, damaged or incorrect product, they must notify AtelierCasa.es as soon as possible at: [email protected].
Where possible, the Buyer must provide photographs of the product, packaging, transport label and a clear description of the incident.
After analysing the incident, AtelierCasa.es may offer, as appropriate:
- Repair of the product.
- Replacement of the product.
- Shipment of missing parts or components.
- Price reduction.
- Full or partial refund.
- Another suitable solution in accordance with applicable regulations.
32. Legal Guarantee
Products sold by AtelierCasa.es are covered by the applicable legal guarantee under Spanish and European consumer and user regulations.
For consumers, the legal guarantee for new products shall be 3 years from delivery, under the terms provided by applicable regulations.
The guarantee covers lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery or appearing within the legal period.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, improper assembly, improper handling, impacts, humidity, exposure to non-recommended conditions, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, unauthorised modifications or use contrary to the product instructions.
To make use of the guarantee, the Buyer must contact AtelierCasa.es indicating the order number, description of the incident and photographs or documentation allowing the case to be assessed.
33. Assembly and Use of Products
When the product requires assembly, the Buyer must follow the instructions provided with the product or published by AtelierCasa.es.
Standard delivery by AtelierCasa.es does not include assembly, installation or carrying the product upstairs, unless expressly stated in writing and contracted as an additional service.
AtelierCasa.es shall not be responsible for damage resulting from incorrect assembly, improper use, improper handling, faulty installation or failure to follow the instructions for use and maintenance.
If the Buyer hires an external assembly service not provided by AtelierCasa.es, any incident caused by that service shall be the responsibility of the provider hired by the Buyer.
34. Customer Reviews and Ratings
AtelierCasa.es may ask the Buyer to review the purchased product or the service received.

AtelierCasa.es may review reviews before publication and will not publish offensive, discriminatory, false, irrelevant, advertising-related, unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Buyer authorises AtelierCasa.es to publish the review, in whole or in part, on the website, product pages, social media, advertisements or promotional materials.
35. Offers, Promotions and Coupons
AtelierCasa.es may offer discounts, coupons, promotions or commercial offers.
Each offer will be subject to the specific conditions indicated on the website, advertisement, newsletter or corresponding communication.
Unless otherwise stated, offers are not cumulative or combinable with other discounts or promotions.
To apply a coupon or discount, the Buyer must enter the corresponding code before confirming the order, where the system allows it.
If the Buyer returns a product purchased with a discount, the refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid.
36. Correct Use of Offers, Promotions and Coupons
Offers, promotions and coupons must be used in accordance with their specific conditions.
AtelierCasa.es may cancel discounts, coupons or orders where it detects fraudulent, abusive, automated, duplicate use, use contrary to the promotion conditions or use based on technical or obvious errors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are not cumulative and cannot be exchanged for money.
